MADAME

The Madame lamp is a fusion of different archetypes, dear to Villa Alys. It represents femininity, the animal world and the plant world. It’s a hybrid, fairy-like character. This sculpture is at once present, charismatic and discreet in its innocence and fragility. Shameless and resigned woman, animal of the undergrowth on the lookout, leaf woman, deer woman, free woman!
